Completed around 12 charters per year, along with frequent boss trips. Successfully handled all aspects of menu planning, budgeting, accounting and day-to-day galley operations.
Head Chef
Freelance position for 2 charters and a boss trip in Alaska. Successfully met the demands of the guests while operating in a remote environment.
