With 6+ years of hands-on experience on yachts ranging from 40 to 140+ meters, I’ve built a strong career in high-end service, housekeeping, admin and team leadership. I’ve led and trained interior teams up to 10 people and managed crew welfare programs for over 70+ crew members. New builds and event planning and decor are a particular passion of mine; I love setting up systems from scratch, streamlining operations, and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. From provisioning to inventory management, I take pride in creating well-structured interiors that run like clockwork.
