CurrentPrivate Chef for a UHNW family from Kuwait. Preparing international cuisines, fusion styles, maintaining exceptional standards, discretion, organization and service. Experienced with sourcing premium ingredients, last minute requests and adapting to their flexible life style, as well as their high profile event dinners.
Freelance Sole Chef
A very busy Caribbean charter. Sailing between the islands from Grenada to Antiqua. Cooking for up to 25 guests and 10 crew, with multiple dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian and lactose/gluten free with nut allergies. Locally caught fresh Tuna, Mahi Mahi and lobster was always on the menu. While we were based in Antiqua we participated In the Classic Yacht Regatta, 2nd place in class in 2024. Done the Atlantic crossing twice now with guests from Antiqua to La Linea, 3 weeks on the open ocean.

Charter Yacht, Rotational, based in the Med, Food focused was Mediterranean, fresh local ingredients, going to markets, building up relationships with small business/fish mongers/butchers in order to get the best quality. Guest and crew cooking.
