3rd Stewardess
CurrentAll around position on a busy private/charter, rotating between service, laundry and housekeeping; In service, I assisted the chief stew with breakfast and lunch for 12 guests; Service is mainly plated and buffet style. Tables decoration are fun and creative on charter but simple and consistent on private trips; Lots of cocktails, drinks with emphasis on speedy service;
Chef de Bar
Responsible of daily operations for the bar with around 80 customers; Management of supplies storage and orders; Responsible for overviewing the operation, ensuring customer service at the highest standards and orders are being delivered at a timely manner.
Sole Stew
Responsible for all interior operations on this private/charter vessel. Guest services, table set ups, liaising with chef regarding meals, laundry and maintenance of the interior in high standards.
