I am looking for a Chief Stew (40-50m) or 2nd Stew (60m+) position in a busy charter or explorer M/Y. I aim to work in a supportive environment that values high standards and teamwork, with the goal of becoming a Purser in five years.

Experience
2nd Stew
Running high-end charters as second stew since December 2024. Working very well with both rotational Chief Stews, I regularly lead service independently and step up in their absence. My responsibilities include guest service coordination, wine pairing and presentation, menu creation in collaboration with the chef, table décor, and managing guest and crew linen and uniform inventories. I also oversee training and quality control within the interior team, ensuring service standards remain consistently high.
Temp 2nd Stew
Worked as temp Second during a fast-paced Med season, supporting a demanding schedule that included high-profile events, such as the E-Prix and the Monaco Grand Prix. Brought in to help prepare the vessel in a short time frame, I led guest service, managed provisioning, uniform inventory, and supported interior admin and accounts. I also trained two junior stews and contributed to maintaining high standards during charters with VIP guests and corporate clients.
Temp 2nd/Relief Chief Stew
Contributed to maintaining high standards during charters with VIP guests and corporate clients. This was a deliberate temp role, as I chose to spend the year gaining exposure to different leadership styles and service approaches, while also making time for my family.
