My name is Tilda, and I am an extroverted and motivated 19 year old with a long-standing passion for the yachting industry. After dreaming of this career throughout my teenage years, I was thrilled to finally complete my training this past summer, and I am now raring to embark on this exciting journey. I grew up in the vibrant coastal town of West Wittering on the Southeast coast of England, surrounded by Portsmouth, the Isle of Wight, and Chichester Marina. Growing up with access to such beautiful waterways fostered my love for the sea and allowed me to immerse myself in a variety of water sports, which remain a significant part of my life today. I have always loved working in hospitality where i can bring energy and a sense of humour to my work, fostering a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Additionally i have a deep love for travel and new experiences which has allowed my to develop an adventurous spirit, which is why i believe this would be the perfect industry for me.

Hobbies & Interests
I have always been a very sporty person. I used to compete at a high level in horse riding and hockey and had the most amazing opportunities to compete abroad, including in Amsterdam and Barbados. I also really love watersports. My favourites include surfing and sailing and having a leisurely paddle board as well. I was fortunate to grow up on the seafront, so these activities were at my fingertips. Additionally, I would frequently travel to do these sports, such as sailing in Greece and surfing in Cornwall.
