I started my ocean-going career path 26 years ago as a sailing instructor, sailing all over the unforgiving Southern African coastline. This is where I started to learn all about boats, the ocean, and most importantly, dealing with people. I have built up extensive knowledge over the years and take great pride in commanding superyachts. Safety is always my top priority, and I value maintaining a well-organised, professional, high-quality environment. I’m equally at home on the deck, in the engine room, and on the bridge. I love being on the ocean, and manoeuvring large vessels is second nature to me.
