With many years of experience in hospitality, from hotels to catering, chalets and fine dining, my guest services are fine tuned. My yachting experience has propelled me to the next level of customer service. I have a keen eye for detail and enjoy providing anticipatory guest service. Chief Stewardess
CurrentJoined M/Y Santosh finishing a yard period. In this time I implemented on and off charter procedures, organised and inventoried all areas of interior ready for the season. Led the junior stew on service and housekeeping during busy charter season. Provisioned for crew and guests, organised bookings. Planned for yard periods and over saw contractrors.
Chief Stewardess
In charge of interior team of three. Established worklists, schedules and procedures. Provisioned for charters, updated inventories, maintained the interior, led second and third stew on service, organized any reservations and preferences the guests may require, help the chef prepare crudité.
Temp Stewardess
Joined the program for a weeks charter as a floater. Duties included house keeping, table settings, service and pantry duties. Off charter, helped with all the daily duties, detailed the guest galley, detailing guest cabins, inventories and provision lists.
