I'm a French chef who finds French food boring. Tasty food is the fuel of the soul, without shortening your lifespan with butter in every dish. Having grown up in the South Caucasus and in France, I have a specific palate that I’ve only ever tasted in my own cooking. I love fruity and fragrant flavors. I’m looking to focus my energy on showcasing my roots, as well as what I’ve learned throughout my career in France.
