About
Since earning my Yachtmaster Offshore in 2022, I’ve gained solid experience on both sailing and motor yachts up to 67m, with roles ranging from guest trips in the Caribbean to busy charter seasons in the Mediterranean. I have developed strong skills in deck maintenance, tender operations, and guest support, and taken on responsibilities such as solo chase boat runs during the Monaco Grand Prix, night bridge watches, and teaching guests sailing and water sports. I built this experience on M/Y AHS (66m), where I was involved in tender driving, guest operations, and supporting both bridge and deck duties, as well as shipyard maintenance. I take pride in being adaptable, reliable, and guest-focused, combining hands-on seamanship with a commitment to high standards on board. I am now working towards EDH and OOW with the ambition of advancing into an Officer role and ultimately becoming a Chase Boat Captain.

I’ve always been active and enjoy taking part in a variety of sports. At Dauntsey’s, I played hockey both in and out of school and also represented Marlborough Hockey Club, with ambitions of reaching county level. Outside of school, I enjoy tennis with friends and family, as well as watersports such as waterskiing and sailing on the Isle of Wight, where I also was a Dinghy Instructor during the summer. Sailing remains a big passion of mine — I’ve progressed from Stage 1 to competing in Seaview regattas and the Laser Grand Prix. Alongside sport, I love to travel, exploring new places, historic sites, and different cultures, especially through food and art.
Experience
Skipper
Skippered a Saxdor 320 for The George Inn Hotel, running champagne sightseeing charters in the Solent and Needles. Operated solo, responsible for navigation, docking, guest safety, and vessel upkeep, completing up to three charters per day in varied conditions.
First Mate
As First Mate I completed 1200nm in Caribbean passages. Managed solo night watches, passage planning, log keeping, anchoring, and sail handling. Oversaw engine/generator checks, hull cleaning, daily wash downs, and polishing. Commissioned the galley and prepared meals for crew and guests. Balanced technical responsibilities with guest support and hospitality. Completed PADI Open Water in Antigua.
Deckhand
Worked as deckhand during a busy charter and owner season. Carried out Sikaflex, varnishing, washdowns, rising and detailing, and morning set-ups. Assisted with beach set-ups for guest use. Responsible for two Topper Topaz dinghies, teaching guests sailing and managing water activities. Contributed to tender ops, guest interaction, and deck presentation at the highest standard.
