My name is Monize Diniz, and I’m currently transitioning into the yachting industry. I bring many years of experience in hospitality, guest service, and travel, with my most recent season spent working with Quark Expeditions in the Arctic. While I may be new to yachting, I offer a strong foundation in high-end service, organisation, and guest care, along with a calm, reliable, and solutions-focused approach to life at sea. My background as both a travel agent and a certified yoga instructor has strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and commitment to wellbeing—both for guests and the team around me. I hold my STCW (all modules), Seafarer Medical, and Food Handling Certificate, and I’m fully prepared to step onboard. I am a friendly, energetic, and hardworking professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service with genuine enthusiasm. I may not be the youngest junior steward out there, but I bring maturity, dedication, and a positive, high-energy presence that crew and guests appreciate. References can be provided upon request.
