Experience
Relief Chief Stewardess/2nd Stewardess
Covered the Chief Stewardess/Purser during her leave. Supervising a team of 3 for a 2 week turnaround and helping to prepare the boat for a 2 month trip while staying on top of crew and guest provisions. Assisted in all aspects of the interior department during the first week of the boss trip.
Senior Service Stewardess
Joined the boat with an almost brand new interior team after owner and management change. Worked in a service team of 7. Service was mainly family style, buffet style, and plated. Stepped up in the absence of the Chief and Lead Service Stewardess during a boss trip for 10 days, trusted with leading the service and managing the bonded stores/alcohol consumption.
Housekeeping Stewardess
Responsible for maintaining the interior to a high standard, taking care of all guest areas. Occasionally worked in laundry and as a service runner. Ran the interior during the one month shipyard period along with another junior stewardess while the rest of the department were away.
