I'm wrapping up my first year in yachting having worked on a 74m private/charter yacht as a HK and Service Stewardess and more recently on a 140m+ private yacht in a 2 months temporary role as a Service Stewardess. Detail-oriented and adaptable, I developed a strong appreciation for structure, systems, and the kind of behind-the-scenes work that keeps a yacht running smoothly.

Experience
Service Stewardess
Joined just before the start of two 3-week long trips and helped with the guest areas detailing and set up. Confidently was part of lunch, dinner and late night events service, showing time management and guest relation skills. Actively used barista, mixology and different service styles knowledge.
Stewardess
Rotational role across service and housekeeping with consistent back-of-house responsibilities. Gained comprehensive training in both departments, enhancing my versatility and applying skills during guest trips. Assisted with casual and formal service, including table setups, meal and drinks service, and supported housekeeping operations as needed. Took on Admin Stew duties and co-managed inventories (uniforms, alcohol, bilges) and guest preferences (pre and post trip). Joined during shipyard period, overseeing full interior operations with one other stew. Trained a Junior Stew on pre-season detailing, organization, and interior standards.
Delivery Crew
Performed solo watches (day and night) while underway. Handled lines and assisted in anchoring procedures. Prepared meals for the crew, cleaned and set up the interior for sale viewings.
