I am a passionate and well organized chef with 27 years experience covering all facets of the industry. My career started in London where I trained in 1, 2 and 3 Michelin starred restaurants. I have enjoyed a steady climb within this industry and find M/Y in the 60-70 m range to be my most suited. I am very committed to sharing and teaching the knowledge I have amassed and constantly aim to perfect my style of cuisine.
