My name is Pieter, I’m 30 years old and originally from Belgium. With international experience in boating, hospitality, watersports, and fishing, I bring a versatile and service-oriented mindset to every role I undertake. I’m a certified instructor in catamaran sailing, windsurfing, and wingfoiling, and I thrive in dynamic, guest-focused environments both on and off the water. Over the years, I’ve developed strong practical skills in boat handling, watersports instruction, and equipment maintenance. I speak Dutch, English, German, and French fluently, and I’m conversational in Spanish—allowing me to communicate comfortably with both guests and multinational crew. My background includes leading watersports teams, guiding fishing tours in challenging environments, and supporting day-to-day operations across departments—from assisting in the kitchen to performing in evening entertainment. I take pride in being adaptable, hands-on, and always ready to support the team wherever needed. Crossing the Atlantic on a 42-foot sailing yacht gave me firsthand experience of life at sea 24/7. I was fully involved in watchkeeping, navigation, line handling, and provisioning—an adventure that further cemented my passion for working on the ocean.
