Cabin Steward
Cleaning and maintenance of passenger cabins according to the duty roster and guidelines from the head office. Cleaning and maintenance of Housekeeping pantries, Cleaning lockers, and Linen lockers according to applicable hygiene standards. Cleaning duties in public areas and other work areas according to the duty roster and instructions from the 1st Cabin Steward or the Housekeeper. Assisting the onboard Care Team in adhering to hygiene standards as per the operational concept. Maintenance and care of provided working materials such as vacuum cleaners and trolleys. Proper handling of cleaning agents and chemicals. Support in the onboard laundry as instructed by the 1st Cabin Steward or the Housekeeper. Point of contact for guest inquiries and requests. Assisting the 1st Cabin Steward or the Housekeeper in uniform management. Assisting in other hotel areas as well as with room service.
Concierge Supervisor
Handling 10-15 subordinates in daily basis duty. Main duty to ensure our guest provide with excellent service which include Airport transfers, luggage handling, tourism activities in the city (excursion) and also smooth process during check in and check out. I also have to make my subordinates weekly schedule, include providing training and coaching for them. We are using Opera computer system for daily operational duty.
