Making people happy with great food is my passion. I have refined my ability to create exquisite dishes and present them aesthetically in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants. Incorporating healthy, regional, and freshly sourced ingredients into my menu planning is one of my strengths. I particularly enjoy crafting fine multi-course tasting menus at a star level, but I also take great pleasure in preparing healthy, light meals for the crew. In 2019, I realized my love of the sea and have lived on the Costa Brava near Barcelona ever since. There, I have cooked on various private yachts and in restaurants, as well as hosted cooking classes and culinary events for passionate food enthusiasts. To take on greater responsibilities on larger yachts and be internationally flexible, I hold all the necessary certifications and possess a B1/B2 Visa for the USA.
