I coordinate the daily maintenance plan in collaboration with the Chief Engineer to ensure the safe operation and efficient functioning of onboard machinery and equipment. I meticulously document both planned and unplanned maintenance activities using IDEA software, ensuring that all relevant information is consistently updated. Additionally, I oversee the engine room watch during boss trips, prioritizing the yacht's safety and managing its daily operations.

I served as a senior watchkeeping engineer and led a team comprising an 3rd Engineer and two assistant engineers. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing various machinery systems and executing planned maintenance routines in accordance with the Infoship software, environmental policies and MARPOL requirements. I actively participated in two extensive dry-docks, assisting and supervising technicians in overhauling or periodically maintenance of machinery on board.

I was responsible, on a rotational basis for each contract, of various machinery systems and ensuring the safe daily operation of the ship in compliance with environmental procedures. I was person in charge of bunkering operations and diesel bunkering plan and ensuring efficient use of stores, parts and supplies according to Infoship software. I had specific responsibilities in safety according to emergency plan.
