I enjoy foraging for local ingredients and experimenting with seasonal produce. motorsports mainly anything that goes fast I'm intrested in. track days i spend my spare time either at the nurburgring or local track. skiing i started skiing at the age of 3 and still havent lost this passion which allowed me to work five seasons in the french alps. composite materials, i have learnt through lock down how to make parts out of mainly carbon fibre for motorsport use.
