Chief Steward
Led a team of 6 interior crew on board Artisan, a private and charter yacht with a busy schedule. Oversaw all interior operations during a demanding summer including a 3-week boss trip and five charters (7-10 days each), often back-to-back. Left the vessel due to the sale of the yacht and a change in program.
Rotational Chief Steward, 2nd Steward
Progressed from 2nd Steward to Rotational Chief Steward over 4 years on this private, Mediterranean based, liveaboard vessel with a high standard of service and a complex program. Led an interior team of 4, managing all aspects of the interior operation. This position gave me a deep understanding of high-level private service and rotational leadership on a vessel with demanding standards. Left the vessel after four years for progression.
2nd Steward
Completed a winter season in Monaco where I supported all daily housekeeping and laundry operations and stepped up in the absence of the Chief Stewardess to organise upholstery, carpet, and mattress replacements.
