Led a deck team of 4 during refit in Marseille Sud Marine, coordinating daily operations and preparing the vessel for guest use and survey inspections. Organised yacht operations throughout the refit period, ensuring readiness for guest visits and independent surveyor inspections. Acted as Captain under the Master’s supervision during sea trials and delivery passage from Marseille to Gibraltar. Managed ISM/ISPS compliance, overseeing LSA & FFE inspections and preparation for Class and Flag surveys, utilising IDEA and MTSI systems. Supervised tender operations and delivered crew training for tender driving and water toys (jet skis, seabobs), ensuring full readiness for the season. Operated Raytheon ECDIS during navigation, including passage planning and bridge operations.

Led a deck team of 3 on a dual-season private/charter yacht operating in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Managed navigation and bridge operations, including Transas ECDIS and GMDSS. Supported the Captain in daily vessel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and crew. Coordinated charter operations and guest activities, including full water toy setup (jet skis, seabobs, floating platforms). Supervised yacht maintenance, logistics and supply management, including shipyard period in West Palm Beach, ensuring efficient daily operations. Prepared the vessel for independent surveyor inspections and yacht shows, maintaining high presentation and operational standards. Ensured ISM/ISPS compliance, including LSA & FFE inspections and preparation for Class, Flag and Port State Control inspections, utilising Sealogical system. Performed vessel manoeuvring when guests were not on board. Planned itineraries and supported guest operations across the Bahamas, Caribbean and Mediterranean

Private yacht, Navigation area UAE. Season start from September until May. General Deck duties: Navigation, watch keeping, bridge equipment, safety familiarisation, drills. Planning budget for deck, preparing financial report from all departments. Inspection and maintenance of LSA & FFE equipment together with 2nd officer. Prepare vessel for 5 years Class/Flag surveyor inspections. Tender driving with guests during the season time. Relief Captain when Captain was in his vacation.
