Full Time - Busy Charter Yacht – 3 seasons & 1 Refit, Cruising Mediterranean & Caribbean 2 years’ experience in ship handling. - Very challenging Program with high profile guests. I joined at the sale, recruiting a new crew with strong retention and restoring the vessel from poor condition to full commercial standards. Implemented new ISM and ISPS systems, developed operational procedures, and oversaw the design and build of two new tenders. Worked closely with the owner’s family office to prepare budgets and proposals for both operational and capital expenses. Use of Yachting & APA Voly accounting software. Managed social media for charter promotion, growing the following to 58k before departure.
