I am a passionate professional with extensive experience in high-end culinary environments. I thrive on creating innovative menus and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests. I have earned one Michelin Star as chef/owner of my own restaurant in Berlin, Germany. Currently, I am the Executive Chef at the Wedgewood Hotel in Vancouver, BC, a Relais & Châteaux property. There, I have elevated the hotel’s Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge through menu updates, mentoring and coaching the kitchen team and improving food and labor costs. I have maintained the restaurant’s Michelin-recommended status and under my leadership, the restaurant was included in Canada’s Best 100 Restaurants, sitting at number 60.
