I want to keep growing in the yachting industry and I am open to different roles: sole chef where I feel comfortable, sous chef where I have the chance to assist and learn from a more experienced colleague, while taking my own responsibilities.

I spend my free time cooking, experimenting with ingredients, recipes and techniques, cycling, running, swimming, doing yoga, and hiking. My travels have taken me from Namibia to Vietnam, with a seven-month journey in South America being the most profound experience of my life.

Sole Chef
Full responsibility for both 12 crew members and owner: menu planning, full provisioning and inventory management, galley and cold storage cleaning, organization, and maintenance, implemented health, safety, and food hygiene standards, waste reduction.
Chef de Partie
Food preparation, cooking and presentation, autonomous management of the assigned station, assisting to other stations, assisting the chef in developing the new menu, implementing health, safety and food hygiene practices, minimizing waste.
Chef and First Mate
Autonomous management of luxury charter (up to 10 guests): menu planning, full provisioning and inventory management, galley and interior cleaning and maintenance, budget management, expenses reporting, turnaround management, boat delivery.
