Command of a newly built 26m Azimut, overseeing safe navigation and operation in the Adriatic (Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro). Responsible for the yacht’s commissioning, handover, and setup of operational procedures. Planned and executed voyages from Ravenna across the Adriatic, ensuring safe passage and smooth logistics. Managed crew, assigning duties and maintaining high operational and safety standards. Oversaw technical systems, preventive maintenance, and warranty follow-ups on the new build. Coordinated guest service, water sports, and daily activities to ensure a high-quality experience on board. Maintained compliance with flag state and local maritime regulations. Acted as primary point of contact with shipyard, service providers, and management during the vessel’s initial operational season.
