Successfully managed a busy season onboard this new-build San Lorenzo 90A, handling 12 “boss trips” with an average length of 9 days, often on maximum guest capacity and multiple guest turnovers per trip. Solely responsible for housekeeping of 4 guest cabins, all laundry (excluding bed linen), and full service, delivering flawless, personalised experiences combining precision, attention to detail , elegance, and discretion. Provided bespoke beverage service, preparing classic and custom cocktails tailored to guest preferences. Adapted seamlessly to constantly changing itineraries, quickly establishing local supplier networks and service solutions in each new port, helping other crew members in their tasks, maintaining a calm atmosphere on board. Exceptional service recognised by owners, who awarded an end-of-season bonus equivalent to a full month’s salary plus a winter retainer bonus.

Efficiently prepared the newly purchased San Lorenzo SL78 for operation, overseeing deep cleaning and organisation of all areas to ensure the yacht was fully operational. Working as the sole stewardess, I managed interior housekeeping, full-service provision, and laundry, maintaining the highest standards of precision, attention to detail, and discretion. Assisted cook/deckhand when needed, supporting kitchen tasks, mooring procedures, and exterior cleaning. Took part in the owners’ honeymoon trip, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. At the end of the season, collaborated with the captain to prepare the yacht for shipyard, packing and inventorying all equipment and supplies, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout.

As a senior member of Eichardts Private Hotel, when Pacific Jemm was acquired by Imperium Collection, I had the pleasure to work onboard the yacht, delivering exceptional service on bespoke day cruises across Lake Wakatipu. Managed aperitif and dinner service, creating memorable experiences tailored to each guest. Supported the chef with provisioning, preparation, and plating, balancing front-of-house duties with hands-on assistance behind the scenes. Consistently maintained high standards of organization, elegance, and guest care, enhancing the reputation of the vessel and ensuring every cruise was a remarkable experience.
