Worked closely with the Chief to ensure safety equipment, ISM and ISPS were all compliant. Ran all familiarizations and making sure all SOPs were followed through (wrote up multiple SOPs after refit). Planned and ran drills and managed the weekly/monthly checks. Created passage plans and maintained bridge equipment (Chart updates, GMDSS, Publications). Ensured safe navigation and compliance with regulations during bridge watchkeeping. Assisted in managing deck maintenance including all toys. Assisted in guest driving, usually high-end vehicles (business meetings, evening functions and airport runs). Managed orders and inventories. Started learning on the sticks, with docking and undocking. Was the SSO and assisted in keeping medical equipment up to date. Contributed positively to a highly professional, well run and very busy dual season program. Familiar with IDEA, Volly, Raytheon and communication with management.

Worked closely with Mate to ensure deck was run at a high standard. Managed the inventories, stock and cleanliness of deck spaces. Ran the foredeck during mooring and anchor operations. Assisted in keeping paperwork up to date due to vessel running mini-ISM and ISPS. Maintained safety equipment with Mate. Sat nav watches across the Atlantic and in coastal waterways. Got drive time in anchorages and coastal waterways with either Mate or Captain's assistance. Became well-rehearsed with watersport activities; e-foil, jet skis, electric surfboards, and rickter jet-skis. Kept a safe watch over kids playing on inflatable toys. Assisted in regular tender runs with the Chase Boat captain on the Wajer 55.

Full responsibility of both chase boats (Wajer 38 and Scout 42') lived on the Scout. Organized her maintenance plans with shore side companies. Organized fishing trips with local support to ensure best experience for guests. Took care of inhouse maintenance with engineer when needed. Planned the passages between Florida and Bahamas, as well as trips within the islands.
