I am an experienced bosun with over 4 years in the yachting industry, demonstrating leadership and management skills. I maintain high work standards, attention to detail, and am professional and reliable. I continuously seek to improve my knowledge and skills, recently achieving my Yachtmaster Offshore certification and aiming for OOW 3000GT. I have hands-on experience supporting a vessel through its transition from private to commercial registration, including rectifying non-conformities found in compliance gap analysis, actively involved in stability/inclination testing, and coordinating contractors during refits — so shipyard periods, refits and survey work are areas I particularly enjoy and would welcome more of. If the right opportunity came up, I'd especially love the chance to join an explorer yacht.

Promoted from Lead Deckhand to Bosun. Led and managed 2 Deckhands, green crew, and dayworkers. Planned and managed maintenance schedules and deck inventory. Operated Castoldi jet tender and was chase boat captain. Conducted bridge watches, docking, mooring, anchoring, guest operations, LSA and FFE inspections. Coordinated contractors during refit projects. Managed watersports operations including teaching and accompanying guests.

Performed daily deck operations, lines and fender handling, navigational watchkeeping, jet tender operations, washdowns, detailing, polishing, maintenance including sanding, filling, painting, sika work, docking, mooring, anchoring, and watersports support.
