I bring solid technical expertise, a hands-on approach, and a reliable, professional mindset to all operations. General Ship & Yacht Experience: I have gained experience in various engineering positions aboard commercial vessels and yachts, working with a wide range of propulsion systems, including diesel-electric propulsion and DP vessels. Experience
Chief Engineer
CurrentAs Chief Engineer, I manage the engineering team and bring the yacht up to high operational standards after years of insufficient maintenance. This includes shipyard, survey, implementing a new PMS and upgrading engineering and electrical systems. The transition between management companies resulted in missing maintenance records, requiring significant expertise and time to set up a compliant PMS. I lead a motivated engineering team to ensure efficient operations and readiness for any challenges.
Relief Chief Engineer
M/Y Samira is a charter yacht built by Amels. Completed a partial refit, including installation of a load bank, and ran all technical operations through a full charter season, maintaining stable operation and delivering projects on time.
Chief Engineer
As Chief Engineer on M/Y 2 Ladies during the 2019 back-to-back charter season, I was responsible for overseeing the entire engineering department, ensuring the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all engineering and electrical systems onboard. I joined the yacht at the end of its winterization period, with minimal run-in time before the summer season. Given the yacht's limited maintenance history and strict budgeting in previous years, I was tasked with restoring her to the highest possible standard. I later resigned to pursue my long-term goal of becoming a Class One Chief Engineer Unlimited.
