Arrived at this yacht and immediately realized that the Interior was lacking many things, because the boat had never been used for actual overnight guests. So I set out to fully outfit the staterooms, the galley, the dinner service ware and glassware, the dayhead, the crew mess and the crew quarters. Created numerous lists which the Captain then went and purchased. Organized all the items and therefore was able to provide amazing service to the owners and guests onboard, for two important family reunion long weekend boss trips. Also fed the crew breakfast and lunch, and created beautiful charcuterie boards and hot hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour onboard. Beautiful table settings for dinner service on the aft deck table, and supported the Captain and Mate in helping the operation run smoothly for its first and second time being used for overnight onboard guests. The Mate said that I gave "2,000 per cent" and the Captain said, "Tina knows what we need, before we need it!" Success.

Performed the role of sole Instructor for the Seven Seas Academy's Superyacht Stew Interior Course. Had 6 students in my first class, and 5 in my second course. Have been asked back to teach again. Thoroughly indoctrinated the students in to the world of 'yachting' and working on yachts. Taught specific Interior tasks such as making the bed properly, creating beautiful table settings, taking care of laundry and the timing of flipping it, throwing lines and tying off to a cleat for docking, how to hang towels correctly, preparing Welcome Towels and Welcome Beverages, proper vessel terminology, and the etiquette needed when owners or guests are onboard. I also have them fully create their shiny new yachtie CV, including new headshot and dates for their new STCW and ENG1 appointments. Have supported many of them since the course, as some have now relocated to Fort Lauderdale and started working in the yachting industry. Wonderful to see my little birds fly the nest and get off to a successful start!
