Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all bridge equipment, GMDSS operations, and the management of FFE and LSA systems, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Lead on passage planning, execution, and navigational watches, ensuring safe and efficient passages throughout various operational areas. Implement and enforce the Ship Security Plan, conducting regular security drills and ensuring the vessel meets all ISPS Code requirements. Actively involved in ensuring a strong onboard safety culture, leading crew training sessions, emergency drills, and conducting safety familiarisations for new crew. Play a key role in guest operations, frequently serving as a primary tender driver for Pascoe and Limo tenders.

Served as Deck Officer, taking on both navigational and deck responsibilities. Responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient bridge watch while the vessel was underway. Actively involved in deck operations, assisting with routine maintenance, upkeep, and overall vessel presentation.

Responsible for all aspects of navigation. Prepared all passage plans using the ECDIS (Transas 4000) and ensured bridge equipment was kept in good order. Involved in maintenance of communication equipment and upkeep of the GMDSS logbook and Garbage record book. Completed weekly and monthly checks/maintenance of the LSA and FFE, as well as ENC updates and corrections. Worked out on deck leading a team of 3, regularly driving the jet tender for guests and involved in mooring and anchoring operations.
