After the summer season and a successful crossing to the Caribbean, I was asked to support the same owner in his private residence. I assisted with the recruitment and training of new staff for his newly built villa in Switzerland. I spent several months on site, helping to establish household routines and ensuring smooth daily operations during the owner's stay.
1st Stewardess
After my Chief Stewardess left, I stepped up into the role of First Stewardess and took on the responsibility of recruiting and training two new stewardesses within two months, just ahead of the season. I rotated between housekeeping, laundry, and service, ensuring all interior procedures ran smoothly and to the highest standard.
2nd Stewardess
Stepped in mid-season as a greenie and supported a two-month, non-stop owner trip. Worked closely with the Chief Stewardess to maintain high standards and ensure smooth daily operations under demanding conditions.
