I am an experienced Deckhand with dual-season and Atlantic crossing experience on 40–88m private and charter yachts. Having recently obtained my Yachtmaster Offshore, I bring strong seamanship, confident tender handling and a solid foundation across all deck operations. Through both permanent and temporary positions, I have worked across varied programs and crew structures, gaining adaptable experience in busy charter seasons, private owner use, crossings and shipyard periods. I am focused on committing long-term to a stable program where I can contribute consistently, take on increasing responsibility and progress towards a Lead Deckhand role.

Joined mid-season for a 2 month temporary contract on a busy private program operating in Ibiza and Italy. My role included; Full daily deck setup and tender preparation Primary chase boat driver whilst underway (twin outboard tender) Supporting guest transfers, shore runs and watersports operations Entrusted as sole crew member onboard during early winter period in Genoa Completed vessel inventory and assigned maintenance/shipyard tasks Developed tender handling skills and confidence in close quarters manoeuvres and coming alongside

I have worked onboard Barbara multiple times since 2023. Most recently, I completed a 2 month temp contract that included a kitesurfing trip to the Bahamas, an Atlantic crossing, a brief shipyard period, and a boss trip cruising the Greek Islands. During this time, I gained experience across all operational aspects of an active 88m vessel, including mooring, watchkeeping, watersports and general deck duties.

During my 6 months onboard I did an Atlantic crossing and completed a successful charter season in the Mediterranean. My responsibilities included; Mooring and anchoring, Navigation and anchor watches, Small tender ops - Drove a 7m Williams jet tender, Launching jetskis and inflatable setup, Assisted guests with water sports; Fliteboard, Seabobs etc., Expected to complete night lists, morning wipes and setup, Towing procedure for a 13m Intrepid chase tender, General deck maintenance; comfortable working aloft, rinsing, routine LSA checks and understand the importance of safety, Prepped and showcased the boat at the 2024 Monaco Yacht Show.
